Christopher Olive

Christopher Olive currently serves as Vice President of Manufacturing for New Glenn and Vice President of Engines Manufacturing at Blue Origin since September 2023. Previously held roles at Aerojet Rocketdyne included Director of Manufacturing and Production Planning, focusing on solid rocket propulsion systems from August 2019 to August 2023. At SpaceX from September 2015 to July 2019, Christopher held various leadership positions in production, overseeing propulsion systems manufacturing, as well as precision tube and composite manufacturing. Christopher's earlier experience includes a decade at Bell Helicopter, where management roles ranged from Quality to Continuous Improvement, and earlier roles in flight supervision and electrical maintenance on military aircraft. Christopher began a career in the United States Air Force as an Avionics Technician, specializing in F-15, F-16, and F-111 aircraft from December 1990 to June 2004. Christopher is an alumnus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
