Ciata Rich is the Director of Material Planning at Blue Origin, where they lead the establishment of a centralized Material Planning organization and drive the implementation of a new MRP system. With nearly 20 years of experience in manufacturing and production control planning, Ciata has held various leadership roles, including Director of Manufacturing Business Systems and Supply Chain & Material Manager at Aerojet Rocketdyne. They have a B.A. in Business Administration - Management from California State University-San Bernardino. Throughout their career, Ciata has focused on project management, commodity planning, and continuous improvement, dedicated to developing employees and achieving tangible results.
