Dan Mayfield

Dan Mayfield is currently a Senior Manager of Avionics GNC Electronics at Blue Origin, where they manage cross-functional aerospace engineering teams and oversee integrated flight and production systems. Previously, Dan held various leadership roles at Boeing, including Program Management Office Team Lead and Systems Engineering/Test Lead, where they were responsible for managing program priorities and executing Agile methodologies. Dan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Eastern Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from Seattle University, focusing on Entrepreneurship. They are also a graduate of Leadership Next (LX) 2018, aimed at developing high-performing leaders.
