Dave Thomas is a critical thinker passionate about understanding product performance. They served as a Project Engineer at Aerojet Rocketdyne from 2007 to 2014, followed by a role as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and ALTA Group Lead at Freefly Systems until 2017. Dave then joined Blue Origin, where they progressed from Propulsion Development Engineer and Sr. Integrated Product Team Lead to Deputy Program Manager for the BE-7, and currently holds the position of Program Manager since 2024. Dave earned a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Washington.
