Don Schmidt is a seasoned aerospace executive leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engine Avionics at Blue Origin. With a strong background at Honeywell and GE Aviation, they have successfully led multi-million dollar aviation navigation and avionics projects. Don has also held roles in various capacities, including Chief Operating & Commercial Officer at Whirrx, and holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University and an MBA from The University of Iowa. Currently, they are a Visiting Committee Member at West Virginia University.
