Erik Dearmin is a Configuration and Development Engineer II at Blue Origin, responsible for managing the configuration and integration of the New Glenn launch vehicle's first stage, including its booster aft module and BE-4 engines. Previously, Erik served as the USLI Project Manager and Lead Structural Engineer for the Swamp Launch Rocket Team, leading a team in the development of a reusable launch vehicle while directly communicating with NASA and managing extensive project documentation. Additional experience includes internships at BRPH, focusing on project management in aerospace and defense, and a project management internship at MH Williams Construction Group, where Erik supported estimating and procurement processes. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
