Fred Ouellette

Fred Ouellette is a Program Management Office Manager for the Human Landing System National Team with over 20 years of project management experience. Previously, they held various leadership roles at NASA, including Deputy Director of the Business Management Division and Deputy Manager of Production Operations for the Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle Program. Fred has demonstrated expertise in managing large teams and budgets, developing procurement strategies, and implementing complex project management tools. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
