James Tuckerman

James Tuckerman is a seasoned technical leader with extensive expertise in aerospace engineering, having designed, analyzed, and built fluid systems for various applications. Currently serving as the Director of Reusable First Stage FWD Module at Blue Origin, James oversees the design, production, and integration of auxiliary fluid systems for the New Glenn rocket. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Manager of Structural Analysis and Senior Structural Analyst at Blue Origin, leading extensive structural analysis on fluid system components for the New Glenn first stage. James also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineer III at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies from 2012 to 2016 and was a Research Assistant while earning a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
