Jason Mclaughlin

Jason Mclaughlin has extensive experience in aerospace and engineering management, with a career spanning several decades. Starting as a Customer Engineer at Applied Materials, Jason provided field service support to semiconductor manufacturers and managed key accounts. Subsequent roles included Launch Operations Mission Manager at Space Systems/Loral, where Jason oversaw multiple satellite launch campaigns, and Payload Integration Mission Manager at Boeing, managing numerous launches, including significant commercial satellites. Jason's engineering and project management skills were further demonstrated in positions at VLSI Technology, Integrated Device Technology, and Engility Corporation, focusing on cost reduction, equipment optimization, and program management across various aerospace projects. In recent years, Jason has held senior positions at BLUE ORIGIN, including Senior Program Manager, and currently serves as Program Director, leading complex aerospace initiatives.
