Jay Hogue

Jay Hogue is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in electrical and electronics engineering. Hogue began as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Toyota Technical Center USA, where processes were created to reduce design errors and reports were generated by benchmarking vehicles. Following this, Hogue worked as a Project Control Engineer at AVL, focusing on thermal management control for mild hybrid trucks, where multi-level requirements were developed, and control algorithms implemented using Simulink. At General Motors, Hogue advanced to a Controls Design Engineer role. Most recently, Hogue serves as an Aerospace Systems Engineer III at BLUE ORIGIN. Additional expertise includes project engineering and validation during internships at Denso International America, where software performance was verified and testing processes were managed. Hogue holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
