Jed Hansen

Jed Hansen is an experienced engineer currently serving as an Engine Assembly Engineer at Blue Origin since October 2022, where responsibility includes supporting assembly processes and improving operations in a manufacturing environment. Prior to this role, Hansen worked as an Assembly and Test Engineer II at Parker Aerospace, focusing on hydraulic components for civil aircraft, and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Williams International, specializing in aerospace-grade materials and blueprint modeling. Additionally, Hansen gained valuable experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern and held leadership positions such as President of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and Engineering Ambassador at Utah State University. Hansen holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Utah.
