Jeff Cooke

Jeff Cooke is a system architect at Blue Origin since May 2021, with extensive experience in security engineering and architecture through a role at TEKsystems since August 2019. Prior positions include serving as a senior security engineer at Washington Health Benefit Exchange and as a global security manager at Barrick Gold Corporation. Jeff has a history of promoting effective cybersecurity technologies and reducing business risk, coupled with a strong educational background that includes a Master of Advanced Studies in Architectural-Based Systems Engineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego. Notably, Jeff also contributed to the development of an innovative mobile health ecosystem during a graduate research role at Rady School of Management and successfully implemented enterprise encryption at Science Applications International Corporation.
