Jeff Norr

Jeff Norr is currently the Sr. Chief Engineer for the Blue Ring Space Element at Blue Origin, where they are responsible for technical performance, engineering processes, and standards. Norr has extensive managerial experience leading high-performing teams, notably at Boeing, where they held various positions including Senior Manager and Chief Engineer, overseeing multiple programs and ensuring cost and schedule efficiency. They hold a BS and MS in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Norr is committed to mentoring young engineers and holds a DoD Secret clearance.
