Jessica Gray is an experienced Aerospace Equity Leader, currently serving as a Senior DEIA Leader at Blue Origin since 2024. Previously, Jessica worked at Amazon as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and held various roles in logistics and management. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Jessica is a skilled public speaker and equity consultant dedicated to community building and inclusion initiatives. In addition to consulting in Human Resources since 2023, Jessica has a background as a Logistics Specialist in the United States Army Reserve from 2009 to 2018.
