John Havard is currently the Director of Avionics Engineering at Blue Origin, where they assist the New Shepard team in their mission to enable human space travel. They co-founded Envision Instruments LLC, overseeing the development of Bluetooth-enabled optical instrumentation for the biotech industry, and later served as Vice President of Product Development at Magnolia Medical Technologies, leading the creation of innovative medical devices. Additionally, John held leadership roles at Stratos Product Development, guiding a significant growth in engineering staff while managing client relationships. John holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth and is pursuing Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Sciences at Dartmouth College.
