Luis Dominguez is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in fluid systems and project management. Currently serving as the Pressurization Fluid Systems Manager at Blue Origin since September 2018, Luis leads a skilled team focused on the design, testing, and operations of pressurization fluid systems for the New Glenn rocket. Prior to this role, Luis worked as a Fluids Systems Engineer at Blue Origin, specializing in rocket fluid systems development. At Atlas Copco Mafi Trench LLC, from August 2014 to August 2018, Luis held the position of Project Engineer, ensuring technical consistency across various engineering disciplines and serving as the primary technical contact for customers. Earlier experience includes working as a Mechanical Systems Engineer at Atlas Copco Mafi Trench, where Luis designed systems for hydrocarbon cryogenic turboexpanders. Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an Associate of Science degree from Allan Hancock College.
