Mark Gruendeman is an experienced engineer with a specialized background in propulsion and fluid systems. From April 2016 to December 2021, Mark served as a Drives and Propulsion Engineer at Mercury Marine, where responsibilities included leading the development of water pumps for both outboard and inboard marine engines. In addition, Mark gained industry experience as an Engineering Co-Op during a college internship, which provided valuable insights into the engineering field. Following Mercury Marine, Mark worked as a Test Engineer at Pure Watercraft from January 2022 to June 2024 and is currently employed as a Fluids Test Engineer at Blue Origin since June 2024. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Iowa State University, obtained in 2015.
