Matt Gardner

Matt Gardner is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blue Origin since November 2021, Matt previously held multiple positions at MartinFederal Consulting, LLC from March 2019 to November 2021, including Program Manager, Account Manager, and Technical Recruiter. Additional experience includes a role as Full Desk Account Executive at Tech USA and as an Energy and CE Recruiter at Aerotek. Matt's career began in recruitment as Director of Recruitment at Chiropractic Placement Services and earlier as a Marketing Associate at Sysco Central Alabama. Matt earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from The University of Alabama, completing studies from 2008 to 2012.
