Michael Guza is an engineer with extensive experience in avionics and instrumentation, currently holding the position of Engineer - Avionics, Instruments, and GNC III at Blue Origin since April 2022. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Rolls-Royce from August 2018 to April 2022 as a Component Design Engineer for the T56 Engine Program. Participation in the Component Engineering Rotational Program allowed Michael to gain diverse skills in design engineering, including drafting, modeling, and structural analysis. Earlier experience includes a Design Engineering Internship at Rolls-Royce and a Mechanical Engineer Internship at the Naval Medical Research Unit Dayton. Michael earned a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2018.
