Michael Thompson

Michael Thompson is an experienced Metrology Technician and CNC Machinist with a robust background in various manufacturing roles. Currently employed at Blue Origin since June 2022, Michael has held positions at Amazon and several other companies where expertise includes operating advanced CNC machinery, creating tooling packages, and maintaining high efficiency with minimal error rates. Michael's educational achievements include an Associate's degree in Networking & Cyber Security from Tacoma Community College and training in Automotive Mechanics from Roosevelt High School, complemented by hands-on experience in machine maintenance and technical project management.
