Michael Underhill

Michael Underhill serves as a Sr. Technical Project Manager for New Shepard System Architecture at Blue Origin since April 2020. Prior experience at United Launch Alliance (ULA) spanned from May 2008 to April 2020, where Underhill held multiple roles including Propellant Systems Design Lead and Project Manager for Propulsion Engineering, overseeing significant projects such as the Dual Engine Centaur and Sierra Nevada Dream Chaser Propulsion. Additional responsibilities encompassed serving as an Executive Liaison to the CEO and COO, contributing to corporate strategy, and participating in systems engineering projects. Michael Underhill earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Aerospace Engineering and Business from the University of Virginia between 2005 and 2009.
