Michaela Baker

Michaela Baker is currently the Quality Chief of Staff at Blue Origin and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Michaela pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Arizona State University. Previously, Michaela worked as a Quality Systems Engineer at Hytek Finishes Co., where responsibilities included implementing a new Quality Management software system and conducting audits in compliance with AS9100 and Nadcap standards. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington and gained relevant experience through various internships and roles in quality and engineering.
