Paul Weber

Paul Weber is currently General Counsel for Blue Origin.

Paul was formerly Chief Counsel for Rolls-Royce Defense Aerospace, member of the Defense Leadership Team, responsible for all legal aspects of the military business. After 8 years on a Congressional Staff, overseeing Congressman Frank McCloskey's Washington, DC office and handling a wide variety of legislative and policy issues, Paul served in a variety of Commercial and Legal roles within Rolls-Royce, including five years based in the United Kingdom. Paul had been the lead negotiator in M&A activities, including establishing joint ventures; have overseen legal issues pertaining to export control, FAA regulation and intellectual property; and was the lead attorney for the Defense Sector, focusing on US and international government contracting and related issues with military products.
