Ricky Spanberger

Ricky Spanberger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in non-destructive testing and military training. Serving in the United States Air Force from January 2022 to April 2023 as a Senior Military Training Instructor, Ricky oversaw 60 instructors and 3,600 trainees annually, focusing on instructional systems development and on-the-job training while delivering professional development for front-line supervisors.
