Robert Warta is a seasoned aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience in avionics and mission success management. Currently serving as Senior Avionics Chief Engineer at Blue Origin since April 2022, Robert previously held multiple leadership roles at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, including Mission Success Director and Director and Chief Engineer, from November 2000 to April 2023. Prior experience includes work as a Principal Engineer at Northrop Grumman from 1992 to 2000. Robert holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Communication Systems and Theory from Loyola Marymount University (1982-1984) and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Math from Nebraska Wesleyan University (1978-1982).
