Ryan Aldrich is a seasoned engineer currently serving as the Sr. Avionics Integrated Vehicle Test Manager at Blue Origin, where they lead the integrated vehicle test program for the New Glenn rocket. With over 17 years of diverse engineering experience, Ryan has previously held leadership roles at various companies, including Custom Microwave, Inc., and Lockheed Martin, where they excelled in managing projects, process improvements, and interdisciplinary teamwork. They have a robust educational background, pursuing dual degrees in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering alongside a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University. Throughout their career, Ryan has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to communicate effectively and lead teams in complex engineering environments.
