Scott McGuire

Scott McGuire possesses extensive experience in law enforcement and military operations, serving in various capacities from 2001 to 2023. McGuire began as a Traffic Homicide Investigator with the Delray Beach Police Department, focusing on traffic-related fatalities and community education about safe driving. Subsequent roles included Police Lieutenant and Patrol Sergeant, where responsibilities encompassed patrol operations, investigations, and suspect apprehensions. As a Colonel in the United States Air Force and Florida Air National Guard, McGuire led intelligence and cyberspace operations, ensuring mission readiness and directing organizational training programs. McGuire also held leadership positions in training new officers and currently serves as the Director of Plans, Programs, and Requirements at Blue Origin, coordinating launch operations with government and commercial agencies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, a Master's in Organizational Management, and a certification in Strategic Leadership from the University of Notre Dame.
