Scott Springer

Scott Springer is currently the Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Engineering for Rocket Engine Sub Assembly at Blue Origin, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Scott served as Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Rocket Engine Assembly at the same company and held various engineering roles at Lockheed Martin and Remington Arms Company, where they focused on machining processes. Scott's earlier experience includes positions as a Machinist at Specialty Machine and Navistar Inc, where they honed skills in CNC programming and machine operations. Scott earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and an Associate's degree in Machine Tool Technology from John C. Calhoun State Community College.
