Sreeni Narayanan

Sreeni Narayanan is a Senior Engineering Leader at Blue Origin since 2022, bringing over a decade of experience as Engineering Leader in Production at Collins Aerospace and prior roles in R&D. At Collins Aerospace, Sreeni directed multiple jet engine nacelle hardware teams from concepts to certification while managing global engineering technical teams across five countries. With extensive expertise in classical and Finite Element Analysis, Sreeni authored and reviewed over 200 analysis reports and 150 change packages, providing strategic MRB technical support that minimized costs. Notably, Sreeni has 11 patents issued for novel structural technologies developed to meet FAA's noise and fuel burn targets. Earlier experience includes site management and structural analysis at Consulting Engineers. Sreeni holds a PhD and Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
