Steve Smith

Steve Smith is an executive leader and keynote speaker known for transforming complex technical challenges into market-leading innovations across high-tech industries. Currently serving as the Director of Flight Systems at BLUE ORIGIN, Steve leads efforts in advancing autonomous spaceflight technologies and collaborates with stakeholders on strategic technology roadmaps. Steve has also taken on roles as a Mentor and Judge at MassChallenge, a Board Member at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum & Planetarium, and an Advisory Board Council Member for Tulsa Innovation Labs. Previously, they held various senior engineering positions at FlightSafety International, where Steve drove pioneering product developments, including innovations in flight simulation technology. Steve is currently pursuing education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management.
