Thomas Randolph is a seasoned aerospace engineer with extensive experience in spacecraft development and propulsion systems. Previously an Engineering Manager at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory from 2003 to 2021, Thomas oversaw significant projects, including the successful ASPIRE program and the Near-Earth Object Surveyor Mission.
