Tyler Hill

Tyler Hill is an accomplished Aerospace Systems Engineer at Blue Origin since April 2018, focusing on requirements management for mechanical and reaction control subsystems for the New Glenn launch vehicle, alongside performing Functional Hazard assessments and Fault Tree Analyses. Prior experience includes serving as a Drone Pilot at Lower San Joaquin Levee District, where Tyler tested the usability of drones for flood control documentation, and as a Propulsion Engineer at Firefly Space Systems, overseeing reaction control system design for launch vehicles. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Space Studies from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering (Astronautics) from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
