Eric Kirsch

Eric Kirsch has extensive experience in the finance and investment sectors, with a career spanning over four decades. From June 1999 to June 2007, Eric served as Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, followed by a role as Managing Director and Global Head of Insurance Asset Management at Goldman Sachs until September 2011. Eric then held the position of President of Aflac Asset Management and Global Chief Investment Officer at Aflac Inc from November 2011 to March 2023, managing over $100 billion in assets. Currently, Eric acts as a Board Member at Kuvare Holdings, a Senior Advisor at both McKinsey & Company and Star Mountain Capital, and has recently joined New Mountain Capital's Executive Advisory Council. In January 2025, Eric will become Chairman of Insurance Solutions at Blue Owl Capital. Eric holds an MBA in Investments and Securities from Pace University's Lubin School of Business, completed in 1988.
