Ivan Rosa

Ivan Rosa has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture. Starting from 2022, they are currently working as the Head of Facilities at Blue Owl Capital, where their responsibilities include providing design and project management services. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2022, Ivan worked at Gardiner & Theobald LLP, where they held the positions of Senior Associate Director and Associate Director. In these roles, they worked with various clients in commercial interiors, hospitality, and infrastructure projects, fostering strong relationships with different stakeholders. Ivan also has teaching experience, having worked as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Architecture at The City College of New York from 1999 to 2016. Additionally, they have worked at Perkins Eastman as a Senior Associate, TPG Architecture as a Studio Director and Senior Project Manager, Hillier as a Project Manager, Rockwell Group as a Project Manager, and di Domenico + Partners, LLP as a Project Architect. Throughout their career, Ivan has demonstrated their expertise in design, project management, and client relationships.

Ivan Rosa, RA NCARB pursued a Master of Science degree in Architecture & Urban Design from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation in the year 1993-1994. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The City College of New York from 1985 to 1992. During their time at The City College of New York from 1985 to 1990, they also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture. Ivan Rosa also holds a Bachelor of Architecture - BArch degree from The City College of New York. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Registered Architect from the New York State Education Department in October 2001 and from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) in July 2020.
