Robert Britt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert is currently serving as the Managing Director & Head of Data Science at Blue Owl Capital since January 2023. Prior to this, they held roles such as Principal & Head of Data Science at Dyal Capital Partners from May 2021 to December 2022, and SVP & Head of Data Science at Dyal Capital Partners (Neuberger Berman) from January 2021 to May 2021.

Before joining Blue Owl Capital, Robert worked at KPMG US, where they held the position of Head of Alternative Data from April 2019 to January 2021. Robert was responsible for building two transformative analytics businesses within KPMG's Deal Advisory & Strategy Practice and advised clients on over 100 M&A transactions and strategy engagements.

Robert also has experience as a Strategic Advisor at JobRobin from June 2018 to May 2020. Robert co-founded and served as the COO of UpScored, a SaaS startup, from February 2015 to July 2017. At UpScored, they were responsible for running all business operations, including user acquisition, product delivery, marketing, and analytics.

Earlier in their career, Robert worked as a Data Scientist at Point72 Asset Management, L.P. from January 2014 to February 2015, where they built a data mining team and developed a breakthrough text classification algorithm. Robert also served as a Research Intern at Point72. Before that, they worked as a Team Chief in Analysis & Reporting at the United States Department of Defense from January 2007 to November 2010.

Robert began their career in the US Navy as a Linguist/Analyst from January 2005 to November 2010.

Robert Britt has a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Economics from Columbia University. Robert also holds an Associate's Degree in Korean Language from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
