Stacy Comer

Stacy Comer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stacy began their career as a barista at Coffee Club in 2015. From 2017 to 2018, they interned at Westfield Insurance, where they used data analytics to create dashboards for monitoring portfolio projects. In 2018, they also worked as a data analytics intern at Olive, collaborating with different departments to visualize data insights.

In 2018, they joined Huntington National Bank as a data analytics intern, where they created dashboards and built offers to improve customer experiences. In 2019, Stacy served as a business analyst leadership development intern at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where they predicted inventory and worked with cross-functional partners.

Throughout 2019, they were the President of the Big Data & Analytics Association, leading a team and managing an organization aimed at connecting individuals in the field of data analytics.

In 2019, Stacy also had a data science internship at BMW Financial Services, where they predicted the propensity to pay for delinquent accounts and improved collection and recovery processes.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Covetrus, starting as a corporate data analyst and later becoming a senior corporate data analyst. Their responsibilities included partnering with teams to make data-driven decisions and utilizing machine learning for predictions and pricing.

In 2022, Stacy joined Upstart as a growth product analyst and later transitioned to the role of lead marketing analyst at Blue Rabbit Veterinary in 2023.

Throughout their career, Stacy has demonstrated expertise in data analytics, creating analyses and reports, utilizing machine learning models, and employing tools like Tableau and SQL. Stacy has also showcased strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Stacy Comer completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Stacy attended the university from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, Stacy graduated from Highland High School with an Honors Diploma between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, they earned certifications in AutoML for Data Scientists from DataRobot in February 2021, and in CI 101 (Six Sigma yellow belt equivalent) from Huntington National Bank in July 2018.
