Andy Bell

Andy Bell is an experienced GIS professional currently serving as a Senior GIS Analyst at Blue Raster since February 2019. Prior roles include GIS Analyst and Data Manager positions at the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center, and a GIS Specialist at the Center for Watershed Sciences - UC Davis. Andy began the career as a River Scientist at Sierra Streams Institute and held various positions at Bowdoin College, including Field Crew Leader and participation in the Freedman Research Fellowship. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College and an affiliation with the Organization for Tropical Studies at Duke University in 2010.
