We use Barrett Values Centre's Culture Transformation tools and our own Blue Rebel 10-Point plan to gather feedback and input across your organization, to help develop and put your Values and Purpose into action and habits across your organization.

2) Developing Blue Rebel Leaders. We believe leadership is a choice, not a position. Our multi-session, practical leadership development program combines online homework, science-backed habit builders, and in-person facilitated workshops and coaching.
