Malcolm Lapera

Malcolm Lapera is a seasoned engineer with a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Currently, Malcolm serves as a Senior Robotics Integration Engineer at Blue River Technology since October 2021, and operates as the sole proprietor of Malcolm Lapera Engineering, focusing on automation and product development. Previously, Malcolm held senior engineering roles at Lightwave Laser, where responsibilities included managing production and designing equipment, contributing to a 20% annual growth. Earlier experience includes R&D engineering at Proof of Concept, LLC, where technologies for virtual reality interfaces were developed.
