Blue Seat Studios, the creator of the viral Tea Consent video with roughly 200 million views, is an award-winning provider of organizational compliance training covering a wide range of subjects, including sexual assault & harassment prevention, bystander intervention, Title IX, alcohol & substance use, mental health, diversity & inclusion, workplace safety, and cybersecurity.

We are not just an animation company—we're a partner in culture transformation. Our mission is to help organizations captivate their audience and drive success through innovative and engaging storytelling.

Our edge is not just in what we create—it’s in our ability to connect with viewers and bring concepts to life. Our CEO & Founder is an accomplished author at Hachette Book Group, the third largest global publisher—and did we mention we’re the studio of choice for RISD, the one of world’s best art schools?

That's why organizations like Harvard University, The U.S. Army, Meta Platforms, The United Nations, Synchrony Financial, and countless other institutional clients rely on our content to train and teach members of their organization, leveraging our award-winning blend of humor and creativity.

That’s also why our past content partners have included many familiar faces in Hollywood, including Rashida Jones, Donald Glover, and Rosanna Arquette.

Looking to change the culture of your workplace? We offer a pre-produced catalog of content available through an affordable licensing subscription that retains our signature quality and style, in addition to our fully customized animation packages.
