Thomas Behnken

Thomas Behnken has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas is currently the Head of SRE at Blue Sentry Cloud since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Contino from 2019 to 2022, where they held multiple positions including Cloud Lead, Technical Principal, and Senior DevOps Consultant. At Contino, they developed service offerings, acted as a technical subject matter expert for cloud solutions, and managed project delivery and client relationships.

Before joining Contino, Thomas worked at One Call Care Management as Sr. IT Manager of DevOps from 2018 to 2019. In this role, they managed a team of DevOps engineers and architects, implemented new tools and standards, and oversaw release management processes.

Thomas also gained experience at SumTotal Systems as a Deployment Automation Engineer II, where they managed VMware vRealize Automation workflows. At AssistRx, Inc, they worked as an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer, introducing and implementing Microsoft Azure and designing production environments.

Earlier in their career, Thomas worked at Cerner Corporation as a System Engineer, managing Mac and Windows environments, and at IxReveal as a System Engineer, focusing on network and systems administration.

Additionally, they have experience working as an IT Support Assistant at Florida State College at Jacksonville and as an Assistant Manager at Taco Bell. Thomas also served as a Project Manager at Jimmy B's Lawn Care, where they managed projects and the IT infrastructure for the company.
