Blue Skies Flying Services is located in the northern suburbs of Chicago at 3CK, Lake in the Hills Airport. We opened our doors in 1993 and have grown with the McHenry county community over the last 30+ years. We have gained recognition as one of the finest aviation educational training facilities in the country, and Blue Skies was voted the #1 Flight School in the Midwest in 2017, 2018 and 2021 by the AOPA. We have one of the largest retail pilot shops in the Great Lakes area, and our Testing Center provides CATS FAA.
