Benoit Debes is currently a Project Director at Blue Solutions, overseeing the RINGO Project for RTE, where they manage a joint venture focused on Battery Energy Storage Systems. Prior to this role, Benoit served as Main Project Manager at INEO ENERGIE EXPORT from 2010 to 2018, where they managed various offshore and onshore projects, including a 33MW photovoltaic solar power station in Mali. Before that, they held leadership positions at INEO DEFENSE and Sagemcom, and began their career as a Technical Engineer at ALCATEL - SAFT. Benoit holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Aerospace Dynamics from Cranfield University and an engineering degree in mechanics from the Institut supérieur de mécanique de Paris.
