Frederick Ayer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as an Omnichannel Territory Manager and Area Development Manager at Blue Square since August 2017, where responsibilities include team management, organizational coordination across multiple locations, and educating team members through training initiatives. Prior to this role, Frederick excelled as a Sales Executive at Virgin Media from June 2011 to August 2017, achieving recognition as the top sales executive for two consecutive years. Early career experiences include positions as a Sales Assistant at Next and a Healthcare Assistant at LloydsPharmacy, where foundational skills in customer service and healthcare were developed. Frederick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Technology from The University of Huddersfield, obtained between 2006 and 2009.
