Maddy Moulder is a People Coordinator at Blue Square, where Maddy has taken on a leadership role in the Great Place to Work Team since June 2022. Previous positions include Front of House Executive, where Maddy became Emergency First Aid qualified and a qualified Fire Marshall, as well as Client Operations Coordinator at PizzaExpress, where Maddy was recognized as the London region epic service runner-up. Maddy also gained valuable experience as a Placement Student with the Hertfordshire Police and Crime Commissioner. Maddy holds a degree in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Nottingham and attended Simon Balle School, completing A Levels and GCSEs. Maddy has been nominated for the ETHIC award on multiple occasions in 2023.
