Matthew Pierce

Matthew Pierce has a diverse and extensive work experience. Matthew currently holds the position of Senior Client Services Director at Blue Square, a role they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as Client Service Director at the same company from October 2020 until December 2022.

Before joining Blue Square, Matthew was the Operations Director at Instore from March 2019 to October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing front-line operations, including field marketing, supply chain auditing, and field sales across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Matthew also worked at Blue Square from May 2015 to March 2019, first as the Head of Client Development, where they managed key client relationships and had financial accountability for strategic and tactical budgets. Matthew then became the Senior Client Service Manager, handling client relationship management and performance monitoring for the largest strategic account.
