Blue Stamp Company (BSC) was founded in 2010 as the manager of an investment fund (Fund) focused on listed shares. 

The Fund has been operating for over 15 years and as of June 2025 had achieved an average annual return of 25.7% after all fees, against a return for the All Ordinaries Accumulation Index over the same period of 8.4%.

This performance has been achieved through BSC’s original and considered approach toward:
-	Investing in listed shares;
-	Manager (BSC) remuneration; and most importantly, 
-	The alignment of interests between the manager and the underlying investors of the Fund.

Whilst being influenced by Value Investing philosophies, Blue Stamp follows a proprietary approach focused on investing in businesses that are displaying growth.

The remuneration approach followed by BSC is built around absolute performance, rather than the common industry practice of relative performance - ensuring the Manager is only paid when absolute value has been delivered to investors. This dynamic helps foster an alignment of interests, where the Manager is focused on delivering sustainable long term absolute performance.

This alignment of interest, together with the low management fee structure, shows clearly that BSC is a manager focused on absolute wealth creation for those it is acting on behalf of.
