Nick Lerch

Nick Lerch is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and technical support, currently serving as a Field Engineer at KLH Consulting since February 2016, while also providing Network Technical Support at Blue Tech since March 2012. Prior experience includes a role as QA Test Lead at Sambreel Services LLC, where automated test scripts were developed using C# for Selenium WebDriver, and comprehensive testing was conducted for popular software with millions of users. Responsibilities included acting as Scrum Master and managing a ticketing system, as well as implementing SEO and web development changes. Earlier roles also involved QA testing for a dynamic JavaScript travel deals extension, with collaboration on projects handled remotely with a development team in India. Nick Lerch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from San Diego State University, obtained in 2010.
