James Sheldon

James Sheldon has held various operations and management positions throughout their career. James is currently the Head of Operations at Blue Tree Digital PR, where they focus on optimizing processes and implementing innovative strategies to boost organic traffic and search engine rankings. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at Propuno and Property Webmasters. James also served as an Operation Lead at Regulatory Finance Solutions and as an Operations Manager at Deloitte managed project and Regulatory Finance Solutions. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Subject Matter Expert at Barclays and as a Mortgage Specialist at Santander UK.

James Sheldon earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Sport Science from Teesside University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from ITIL Certified in April 2021 and the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from PRINCE2.com in April 2021.
