Previously, Charu held multiple roles at Cisco Systems from July 2011 to December 2018, including Sr. Digital Experience Manager and Customer Service Manager for the Regional Customer Service Team in India. Charu also has experience as a Team Lead at Tesco, managing the transition of buying administrative work from Poland to India. Early career roles included Manager of NRI Services at ING Vysya Bank and Deputy Manager of Knowledge Management at NCDEX, along with a brief volunteer stint at the Chicago Prostate Cancer Center. Charu holds a management degree in Marketing & Finance from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, a CFA Level 1 certification from CFA Institute, and a B.A. in economics from Delhi University.
